IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF LINCOLN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
DEBRA KRALEK, MURPHY JAMES TUTTLE, JOYCE TUTTLE HOOKER, FAY TUTTLE, JASON BALDAUF AND CODY BALDAUF

KIMBERLY ANN TUTTLE, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JAMES RICHARD BALDAUF, DECEASED, AND ANYONE CLAIMING INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES RICHARD BALDAUF, DECEASED DEFENDANTS

SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: A. Any and all unknown heirs at law of James Richard Baldouf, deceased, whose names and post office addresses cannot be ascertained by Plaintiffs after diligent search and inquiry;
B. Anyone claiming an interest in the Estate of James Richard Baldouf, deceased, whose names and post office addresses cannot be ascertained by Plaintiffs after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Debra Kralek, Murphy James Tuttle, Joyce Tuttle Hooker, Fay Tuttle, Jason Baldouf and Cody Baldouf, Plaintiffs seeking relief in conjunction with a partition action. The only other known Defendant in this action is Kimberly Tuttle.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint for Partition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 6th day of April, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
