SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Unknown Heirs at Law of Winton Isom Westbrook, deceased
You have been made a party in the suit filed in this Court by Christine Fauver, Administratrix, Allen Westbrook and Nancy Callender, seeking an adjudication of the heirs at law of Winton Isom Westbrook, deceased. Defendants in this action are any persons, other than the named parties herein, claiming to be an heir of said decedent.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed in this action at 9 o’clock a.m. on the 6th day of April, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Lincoln County in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you wherein you shall not be considered as an heir at law of said decedent by the Court in its adjudication of heirship in this estate.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
