You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by the Plaintiff, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 BKM-TT-V. The Plaintiff is seeking to foreclose its Deed of Trust against certain real property situated in Lincoln County, Mississippi:
Commence at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 5 North, Range 8 East, Lincoln County, Mississippi, and run East 2017.24` along the 1/4 line to a set cotton spindle in the center of Pleasant Hill Drive SE; thence along said center of Pleasant Hill Drive SE as follows: South 49 degrees 09` 00” W 217.43` to a point; thence South 49 degrees 53` 00” W 395.44` to a point; thence South 48 degrees 25` 00” W 227.25` to a point; thence South 46 degrees 33` 00” W 316.43` to a point; thence South 45 degrees 15` 00” W 267.77` to a point; thence South 41 degrees 09` 00” W 43.79` to a set cotton spindle and point of beginning. From point of beginning, leaving Pleasant Hill Drive SE, run South 40 degrees 53` 57” E 315.40` to a set 1/2” rebar; thence run South 41 degrees 35` 26” W 249.11 to set of 1/2” rebar; thence run West 393.50` to a found nail in the center of Pleasant Hill Drive SE; thence run along said center of Pleasant Hill Drive SE as follows: North 37 degrees 27` 00” E 219.25` to a point; thence North 41 de-grees 09` 00” E 332.87` to the point of beginning. Said property being situated in part of the SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 5 North, Range 8 east, Lincoln County, Mississippi, and contains 2.87 acres more or less.
The Defendants in this action are: HEATH EDWIN DOGGETT , CURRENT SPOUSE OF HEATH EDWIN DOGGETT, CURRENT OCCUPANT(S) OF 3805 PLEASANT HILL DRIVE, BOGUE CHITTO, MS THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock A. M. on the 3rd day of April, 2023 before the Honorable Joseph Durr in the Lincoln County Courthouse at 301 South First Street in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition. You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire. Issued under my hand and the seal of said Court, this 27 day of January, 2023.
