IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF LINCOLN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
ADAM WEATHERSBY PLAINTIFF V TRACY SHUFELT ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING LEGAL OR EQUITABLE CLAIM TO REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PART OF LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 27, CITY OF BROOKHAVEN, MISSISSIPPI DEFENDANT

SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: A.Tracy Shufelt, whose last known address cannot be ascertained by Plaintiffs after diligent search and inquiry;

B. Any and all unknown persons, unknown heirs, unknown firms and/or corporations having or claiming legal or equitable interest in certain lands now owned by Plaintiff and described herein whose names and post office addresses cannot be ascertained by Plaintiff, after diligent search and inquiry.

You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by the above-named Plaintiff, who seeks to quiet and confirm title unto herself to the following described real property:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 16, Block 27 of the City of Brookhaven, Mississippi, and running thence Northwardly along the Eastern boundary line of said Lot 16 a distance of 46 feet, more or less, thence Westwardly parallel to East Cherokee Street a distance of 62 feet, thence Southwardly parallel to Davis Fore Street a distance of 46 feet, more or less, to a point on the Southern boundary line of Lot 15, Block 27, thence Eastwardly along the Southern boundary line of said lots 15 and 16 a distance of 62 feet to the point of Beginning; being a lot of land facing 62 feet on East Cherokee Street and 46 feet, more or less, on Davis Fore Street, and being located in the South ½ of Lots 15 and 16, Block 27, City of Brookhaven, Mississippi.

It is intended to describe that certain tract located in the Southeast corner of Block 27 at the intersection of Cherokee Street and First Street, being the same property conveyed to Thurman Boone at Book 219, Page 532, and conveyed to Royce Stanton King at Book 980, Page 524. It is understood that Davis Fore Street is now First Street. Current tax parcel no. 35-08.

You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint to Quiet Title and to Partition filed against you in this action to Bradley Russell Boerner, Esq., of Boerner Law Firm, P.C., Attorney for Plaintiffs, P.O. Box 205, Brookhaven, MS, 39602-0205, and whose street address is 117 S. Railroad Ave., Brookhaven, MS 39601.

Your response must be mailed or delivered not later than thirty (30) days after the 6th day of May 2026, which is the date of the first publication of this summons. If your response is not so mailed or delivered, a judgment by default shall be entered against you adjudicating title in and to the above-described real property to be owned solely by the above-mentioned named Plaintiffs.

You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time thereafter.
