SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, 4/6/2018, Tyler Thomas executed a certain deed of trust to Stewart Title, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk’s office of Lincoln County, State of Mississippi in Book 1562 Page 975 and recorded on 4/10/2018; and WHEREAS, Vylla Solutions, LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated 1/8/2026 and recorded in Instrument No. 20260212 the aforesaid Chancery Clerk’s office; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Vylla Solutions, LLC, as Substituted trustee of JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees and expense of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, Vylla Solutions, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on 3/4/2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.), West Front Door of the Lincoln County Chancery Court, 301 South 1st Street, Brookhaven, MS 39601 to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Lincoln County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: A parcel of land containing 0.21 acres, more or less, being situated in Lots 198, 199, 200, 201, 230 and 231 of the Pearlhaven Subdivision, City of Brookhaven, Lincoln County, Mississippi, and being more particularly described as follows: From the SW corner of Lot 203 of said Pearlhaven Subdivision, being the intersection of the south boundary of Ash Street and the East Boundary Claire Street, run south a distance of 29.1 feet; thence run east a distance of 111.2 feet to the POB; thence south 65 degrees 5’ east 131.1 feet to the point on the westerly side of the Old Wesson Road; thence north 27 degrees 22’ east 85.0 feet along the westerly side of Old Wesson Road; thence north 69 degrees 26’ west 100.0 feet along the or a property fence; thence south 49 degrees 17’ west 85.0 feet to the POB.
