Letters Testamentary having been granted on March 17, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi, to Brenda Mae Cooley Bateman, the undersigned, as Executor of the Estate of Carolyn Jane Clark Cooley, Deceased, in Cause Number 2026-71 of this Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will forever be barred by law.
