IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CAROL RUTH CLANTON
CAUSE NO. 2025 - 0519 SUMMONS

TO: Unknown Heirs at Law of CAROL RUTH CLANTON, deceased.
That Donald Edward Clanton and John Paul Clanton have been acknowledged to be the heirs-at-law of Carol Ruth Clanton, deceased. Any other person claiming to be an heir of said decedent is hereby requested to be and appear before this Court on May 21, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock AM. in the Chancery Courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, to show cause, if any he can, why said individual should be included as an heir of this estate; otherwise, such claim or’ claims shall not be considered by the Court in its adjudication of heirship in this estate.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
