Letters of Testamentary having been granted to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi, on the Estate of Talmadge D. Blalock, Sr., Deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the said Estate to have their claims probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice, and that failure to probate and register their claims with the Clerk within that time will forever bar the claim.
