TO: ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF MICHAEL PATRICK GUILL, DECEASED
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Petitioners, Charles McCall, and Hunter Guill, seeking a determination of the heirs at law of Michael Patrick Guill, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petitioner to Determine Heirs filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock A. M. on the day of 5th day of May 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Courthouse located at 301 S. First Street, Brookhaven, MS 39601, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
