NOTICE
This is a suit by American Pride Properties, LLC to Quiet and Confirm Tax Title and for Other Relief as to that certain property legally described as:
LOT 5 DB 736-695 DAY’S
ADDN BLK C 0022 PARCEL NO: B87-07-2-068 S-T-R: 07-07-08

American Pride Properties, LLC, obtained its interest in the subject property by virtue of a Quitclaim Deed and Assignment granted by MS TL LLC TESCO A/K/A MS TL LLC TESCO AS CUSTODIAN dated January 26, 2026, and recorded on February 18, 2026, as Instrument # 20260784 in the Office of Chancery Clerk of Lincoln County, Mississippi. MS TL, LLC being the highest and best bidder at the tax sale dated August 28, 2023, for the 2022 Lincoln County, Mississippi ad valorem taxes, which were not redeemed, and was granted a Chancery Clerk’s Conveyance dated December 16, 2025, and recorded that same day, as Instrument # 20256890, in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk.
If you have a legal or equitable claim or interest in this real property and/or any personal property contained therein, you are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of your response to the Complaint to Quiet and Confirm Title and For Other Relief to the attorney for Plaintiff, Negrotto & Associates, PLLC, c/o Lewie G. “Skip” Negrotto, IV, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose post office address is 300 Davis Avenue, Ste. 101-A, Pass Christian, MS 39571. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM THE 22nd day of April 2026. WHICH IS THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
You must also file the original of your Response with the Chancery Clerk of Lincoln County, Mississippi within a reasonable time afterward at 301 S First Street Rm 111, Brookhaven, MS 39601.
