NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 6th day of May, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi, to Charles Ford, Jr., the undersigned, as Executor of the Estate of Charles Ford, Sr., Deceased, in Cause Number 2026-0069 of this Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will forever be barred by law.
