NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 4th day of May, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi to Kristy Cline, the undersigned, as Executor of the Estate of Jerry B. Jordan, Deceased, in Cause No. 2026-0119 of said court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the Clerk of said court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication of this notice, or they will forever be barred by law. The Affidavit of Compliance as required by Section 91-7-145, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, has been duly filed.
