THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Robert Steven Laird, whose last known address is 7193 E. Laurel Ave., Fresno, CA 93737, after diligent search and inquiry and who is believed to be a resident of the State of California;
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition to Close Estate (Will Probation) filed in this Court by Shelia Renae Laird, Executrix seeking relief in conjunction with the closing of this will probation.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Close Estate filed in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of August, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, relief will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition to Close Estate.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
