SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: A. Michael David Richards, whose last known address is 7315 Guild Court, Sylvania, OH 43560, after diligent search and inquiry and who is believed to be a resident of the State of Ohio;
B. Mark Anthony Richards, whose last known address is 2594 Hillard Place Drive, Hillard, OH 43026, after diligent search and inquiry and who is believed to be a resident of the State of Ohio;
C. Mary Catherine (Richards) Willette, whose last known address is 392 June Street, Worcester, MA 01602, after diligent search and inquiry and who is believed to be a resident of Massachusetts.
You have been made Respondents in the Petition to Close Estate (Will Probation in Solemn Form) filed in this Court by Pamela Kay Richards, Executrix seeking relief in conjunction with the closing of this will probation.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Close Estate, (Will Probation in Solemn Form), filed in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th day of September, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, relief will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition to Close Estate.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
