NOTICE TO CREDITORS

TO THE CREDITORS OF CARROLL LESTER SMITH, DECEASED:
Letters testamentary in the estate of Carroll Lester Smith, deceased, having been granted on the 27th, day of July, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi, to the undersigned, as Executor, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the estate of said Carroll Lester Smith, deceased, to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from date of first publication of this notice, and any claims not so probated and registered within said time will be forever barred.
