IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF LINCOLN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ANN SLAY JOYCE
CAUSE NO. 2025-0465
SUMMONS

TO: Unknown Heirs at Law of ANN SLAY JOYCE, deceased.
That Ann Slay Joyce died unmarried, without descendants, and the only child of her parents, James Wesley Slay and Martha Stephens Slay Bourne, who both predeceased her. The following individuals have been acknowledged to be the heirs-at-law of Ann Slay Joyce, deceased: Dennis Berch, Terah Riley, Laura Sullivan, Creston Berch, Russell Slay Berry, Tommy Berry, Mary Carol Cirino, Della Elizabeth Berry, Gene Berry, Billy Burnell Slay, Curtis Slay, Adam Slay, Debbie T. Reasons, Drew Turner, Mary Alice Edward, John Mac Stringer, Jeff Stringer, heirs of Katherine Stephens, Christy Stephens, Lulu Stephens, Annie Stephens Charles, Suzanne Stephens Grubbs, Stephanie Stephens Calhoun, Joseph L. Stephens, Sherilyn Stephens Hunt, Carolyn Stephens Truscott, Benjamin T. Stephens, Elena K. Stephens, Michelle Walters Rankin, Jocelyn Walters, Alice Walters, Stan Bulger, Lee Dukes, Jan Clark, Jena McNeece, Richard Stanley Berry, II, Theresa Berry Steinberger.
Any other person claiming to be an heir of said decedent is hereby requested to be and appear before this Court on September 24, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock A.M. in the Chancery Courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, to show cause, if any he can, why said individual should be included as an heir of this estate; otherwise, such claim or claims shall not be considered by the Court in its adjudication of heirship in this estate.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
