TRUSTEE`S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on the 13th day of October, 2022, PATRICK BURNETT executed a Deed of Trust to Joshua W. Closson, Trustee for the benefit of HL&C-LINCOLN, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, which said Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Trust Deed Book as instrument number 20225028, 4 pages recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lincoln County, State of Mississippi.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust and HL&C- LINCOLN, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company, the holder of the Note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 18th day of September, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, between 11:00 A.M. o’clock and 4:00 P.M. o’clock, at the front door steps of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 224 S 1st Street in Brookhaven, Mississippi 39601, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described real property lying and being situated in Lincoln County, State of Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
