SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: ALL WRONGFUL DEATH BENEFICIARIES of Jeffery C. Grimes, whose names, and street and post office addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by the Petitioner Julia Lynn Phillips seeking to determine the wrongful death beneficiaries of Jeffery C. Grimes, deceased. Defendants other than you in this action are Holly Elizabeth Grimes, Jeffery Leonidas Grimes, James Drake Grimes, and Amelia Grimes.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 O’clock a.m. on the 24th day of September, 2026, in courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings, but you may do so if you desire.
