THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Mark Felder, whose post office and street address are unknown after diligent search and inquiry and who is believed to be residing in the Houston, Texas;
You have been made a party in the suit filed in this Court by LaKosha Quarles, Petitioner seeking relief in conjunction with a Petition for Appointment of Guardian of a Minor. There are no other Defendants in this action other than Tequilla Renee Quarles who has signed a Joinder and Waiver filed herein.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Appointment of Guardian of a Minor filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of November, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
