TO: Emily Kirk, whose last known physical and mailing address is 413 Hwy 55, Bourg, LA 70343, and whose current physical and mailing addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry

You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by the Plaintiffs seeking Custody got the minor children J.G, J.K, and T.A.E. Defendants other than you in this action are George Micheal Gutierrez and Tye Eiserman.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition filed against you at 9:00 O’clock a.m. on the 7th day of April 2027 at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Brookhaven, Mississippi, before the Honorable Price D. Henley, Chancellor, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings but you may do so if you desire.
