THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: A. Kimberly Tuttle, whose last known address is 2365 Hurricane Lake Drive SW, Brookhaven, MS 39601, after diligent search and inquiry;
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Debra Kralek, Murphy James Tuttle, Joyce Tuttle Hooker, Fay Tuttle, Jason Baldouf and Cody Baldouf, Plaintiffs seeking relief in conjunction with a partition action. Other Defendants in this action are any and all unknown heirs at law of James Richard Baldouf, deceased, and anyone claiming an interest in the Estate of James Richard Baldouf, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint for Partition filed against you in this action at 9 a.m. on the 6th day of April, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
