TO: ALL UNKNOWN PUTATIVE FATHERS, whose names, last known and current physical and mailing addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by the Plaintiffs seeking to terminate your rights to a minor child, A.M.O., and to adopt said minor child. Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition filed against you at 9:00 O’clock a.m. on the 5th day of May, 2026 in the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings but you may do so if you desire.
