TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LUTHER RAY BUCKLEY, JR., DECEASED, IF ANY, AND ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LUTHER RAY BUCKLEY, JR., DECEASED
You have been named as Respondents in the Petition filed in this Court by Lucas Buckley, Kayla Buckley, and Leslie Juttla, Petitioners, seeking to Establish Heirship of Luther Ray Buckley, Jr., deceased.
Parties other than you are: Lucas Buckley, Kayla Buckley, and Leslie Juttla.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 O’Clock a.m. on the 16th day of April, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Courthouse at Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
