A Petition has been filed in this Court by Lauren Prather seeking for authority to close the guardianship of ER.

Christopher James Reed has been made a Defendant in a Petition filed in this Court by Lauren Prather, seeking to close the guardianship of ER.

You are summoned to appear and defend or join the instant Petition filed in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m., on the 21st day of May, 2026, at the Chancery Court of the Lincoln County Courthouse, in the City of Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear, a Judgment will be entered for things demanded in the Petition.
