NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO THE CREDITORS OF DANIEL WILLIAM RICHARDS, DECEASED:

Letters testamentary in the estate of Daniel William Richards, deceased, having been granted on the 2nd, day of April, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi, to the undersigned, as Executrix, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the estate of said Daniel William Richards, deceased, to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from date of first publication of this notice, and any claims not so probated and registered within said time will be forever barred.
