TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF ELLA M. ROBINSON, DECEASED

You have been named a party to a Petition filed in this Court by Al Robinson, as Administrator of the Estate of Ella M. Robinson, deceased, seeking a Determination of Heirs-at-Law of Ella M. Robinson, deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief requested in the Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
