RULE 81 SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: THE HEIRS AT LAW OF BEVERLY FLETCHER, DECEASED
You have been made a party to a Petition for Determination of Wrongful Death Beneficiaries and for Determination of Heirship filed in this Court by Petitioner Larry Fletcher seeking an adjudication of the heirs at law of Beverly Fletcher, Deceased. The Respondents/Defendants other than you in this action are Larry Fletcher, Rebekah Rene’ Bowling, and Ruth Rachele Farr.
All heirs at law of Beverly Fletcher, Deceased, are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 7th day of July 2026, before the Honorable Joseph Durr, Chancellor, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Courthouse in Brookhaven, Lincoln County, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading herein but you may do so if you desire.
