TO: THE HEIRS AT LAW OF BEVERLY FLETCHER, DECEASED, AND ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BEVERLY FLETCHER DECEASED

You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Larry Fletcher. Petitioner seeking to determine the heirship of the Estate of Beverly Fletcher. The only heirs of the Estate are: Larry Fletcher, Rebekah Renee Bowling, and Ruth Rachele Farr.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 O’Clock A.M. on the 7th day of July, 2026 in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Courthouse at Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
