IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF LINCOLN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
OF BEVERLY FLETCHER, DECEASED CAUSE NO. 2026-0101 SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: THE UNKNOWN WRONGFUL DEATH BENEFICARIES OF BEVERLY FLETCHER,DECEASED
You have been made a party/respondent/defendant to a Petition for Determination of Wrongful Death Beneficiaries and for Determination of Heirship filed in this Court by Larry Fletcher, seeking adjudication of the wrongful death beneficiaries of Beverly Fletcher, Deceased. The Respondents/Defendants other than you in this action are Larry Fletcher, Rebekah Rene’ Bowling, and Ruth Rachele Farr.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Petition for Determination of Wrongful Death Beneficiaries and for Determination of Heirship pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 11-7-13 (As Amended) filed against you in this action to Joshua M. Lewis, Esq., attorney for the Petitioner, whose mailing address is 427 Chemin Metairie Road, Youngsville, Louisiana 70592.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 22nd OF April, 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF WRONGFUL DEATH BENEFICIARIES AND FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP PURSUANT TO MISS. CODE ANN. §11-7-13 (As Amended).
You must also file the original of your Response with the Clerk of the Court within a reasonable time afterward.
