SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Unknown Heirs at Law of Sheila V. Landfair, deceased
You have been made a party in the suit filed in this Court by Randall Carter, Administrator and Brianna Landfair, seeking an adjudication of the heirs at law of Sheila V. Landfair, deceased. Defendants in this action are any persons, other than the named parties herein, claiming to be an heir of said decedent.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed in this action at 9 o’clock a.m. on the 1st day of June, 2026, in the Chancery Courtroom of Lincoln County in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you wherein you shall not be considered as an heir at law of said decedent by the Court in its adjudication of heirship in this estate.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
