SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Any and all unknown heirs at law of Carroll Lester Smith, deceased, whose names, post office addresses and street addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made Respondents in the suit filed in this Court by Christopher Carroll Smith, Executor seeking to open the Estate of Carroll Lester Smith, deceased. There are no other Respondents in this action.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Probate of Will in Solemn Form filed in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of July, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Decree Admitting Will in Solemn Form and Granting Letters Testamentary may be entered, and for such other relief as the Court deems proper.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
