NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Letters of Administration having been granted on the 21st day of May, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi, to the Administrator of the Estate of FRANK BUIE, JR., Deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said Estate to have the same probated and registered with the Clerk of said Court within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. A failure to so probate and register any claim within said ninety (90) day period will forever bar the same, pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. §§ 91-7-145 and 91-7-151.
