TO: DOROTHY STRINGER, WHOSE LAST KNOWN AND CURRENT PHYSICAL AND MAILING ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by the Plaintiffs seeking to terminate your parental rights and to adopt M.H., a minor child. Defendants
other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition filed against you at 9:00 O’clock A.M. on the 20th day of August 2026, in the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
