TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOSEPH A. FERNALD, JR., DECEASED, IF ANY, AND ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH A. FERNALD, JR., DECEASED
You have been named as Respondents in the Petition filed in this Court by Wanda Fernald, Petitioner, seeking to Establish Heirship of Joseph A. Fernald, Jr., deceased.
Parties other than you are: Wanda Fernald, Reeves Fernald, and Anna Fernald Opdyke.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint or Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 O’Clock a.m. on the 20th day of August, 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Courthouse at Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
