TO: Megan Gammons Stewart, whose last known physical and mailing address is 318 Main St., Lafayette, TN 37083, and whose current physical and mailing addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by the Plaintiffs seeking to terminate your parental rights and adopt the minor children, J.G.P, A.M.P, and A.A.P. Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition filed against you at 9:00 O’clock a.m. on the 9th day of September 2026 at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Brookhaven, Mississippi, before the Honorable Joseph P. Durr, Chancellor, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings but you may do so if you desire.
