PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF TERRY JOE SMITH
Letters of Administration having been issued on the 10th day of July, 2026, by the Chancellor of Lincoln County, Mississippi, to the undersigned upon the Estate of Terry Joe Smith, deceased, same being Cause No. 2026-0287 on the docket of said Court, and notice is hereby being given to all persons having a claim against the Estate directing that they have the same probated and registered with the Clerk of Court, according to law, within ninety (90) days from this date, otherwise, the same shall be forever barred.
