THE PETITION FILED IN THE ABOVE-CAPTIONED MATTER IS IMPORTANT AND YOU MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS.
You have been made a Defendant in the Petition for Determination of Heirs-At-Law and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries filed in this Court by Brandy Higgins, Petitioner, seeking determination of any and all known and unknown heirs and wrongful death beneficiaries of Regina Runnels Higgins, Deceased. Defendants other than you in this action are: none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9 o’clock a.m. on Thursday the 24th day of September, 2026, at the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, before the Honorable Chancery Court Judge Joseph Durr. In the case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
