NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Letters of Administration having been granted on the 29th day of June, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi to Kenneth Wayne Powell, the undersigned, as Administrator of the Estate of Elizabeth Ann Powell, Deceased, in Cause No. 2026-0223 of said court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the Clerk of said court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication of this notice, or they will forever be barred by law. The Affidavit of Compliance as required by Section 91-7-145, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, has been duly filed.
