You are summoned to appear and defend against Petition for Modification of Child Custody, Child Support, and Related Relief on the 2nd day of September 2026, at 9:00am in the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, MS at the courthouse located in Hazelhurst, Mississippi, the Honorable Judge Wise presiding, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money of other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
