THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI

TO: Taylor Wallace, whose post office and street address are unknown after diligent search and inquiry and who is believed to be residing in the State of Mississippi;

You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Trent Wallace, Plaintiff seeking relief in conjunction with a Motion for Modification. There are no other Defendants in this action.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Motion for Modification filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th day of September, 2026, in the Courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Motion.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
