SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF TERRY JOE SMITH, DECEASED & ANY AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF TERRY JOE SMITH, DECEASED

You have been named as a Defendant in this lawsuit filed by Amber Nicole Smith, as the Administratrix of the Estate of Terry Joe Smith, deceased, seeking an Adjudication and Determination of the Heirs at Law of Terry Joe Smith, deceased, upon the Petition to Adjudicate and Establish Heirs. You are summoned to appear and defend against this action at 9:00AM on Monday, October 5, 2026, in the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi, before the Honorable Joseph P. Durr, Chancellor for the 15th Chancery District, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded therein.

You are not required to file an Answer or Other Pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
