IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LINDA LEE FARRIS

SUMMONS

TO: Unknown Heirs at Law of LINDA LEE FARRIS, deceased.
That Logan Smith and Lee Christopher Smith have been acknowledged to be the heirs-ar-law of Linda Lee Farris, deceased. Any other persons claiming to be an heir of said decedent is hereby requested to be and appear before this Court on November 19, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock A.M. in the Chancery Courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, to show cause, if any he can, why said individual should be included as an heir of this estate; otherwise, such claim or claims shall not be considered by the Court in its adjudication of heirship in this estate.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
