KING’S DAUGHTERS MEDICAL CENTER
TELEMETRY SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

King’s Daughters Medical Center (“KDMC”), Brookhaven, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase, installation, configuration, testing, and implementation of a hospital telemetry monitoring system.
The project includes telemetry monitoring equipment, associated hardware and software, required cabling, installation, training, and integration with KDMC’s Meditech electronic medical record system, as more fully described in the Invitation for Bids and specifications.

Sealed Bid Deadline:
Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time
Bids must be received at King’s Daughters Medical Center, 427 Highway 51 North, Brookhaven, Mississippi 39601, no later than the date and time stated above. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.
Each bid shall be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope clearly marked:
“SEALED BID – TELEMETRY SYSTEM REPLACEMENT – DO NOT OPEN”
Bids will be opened at King’s Daughters Medical Center immediately following the bid submission deadline.
This procurement is funded in whole or in part with federal financial assistance and is subject to applicable federal procurement requirements, including 2 C.F.R. Part 200.
KDMC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities as permitted by applicable law and the solicitation, and award the contract in accordance with the requirements and evaluation criteria contained in the Invitation for Bids.
