SUMMONS

THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Any and all unknown heirs at law of Daniel J. O’Neil, Sr., deceased, whose names, post office addresses and street addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made Respondents in the suit filed in this Court by Laurie (O’Neil) Blasini, Executrix seeking to close the Estate of Daniel J. O’Neil, Sr., deceased. The only other Respondents in this action are Daniel J. O’Neil, Jr., Timothy O’Neil and Ched Nicaud.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Amended Petition to Close Estate filed in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 19th day of November 2026, in the courtroom of the Lincoln County Chancery Court in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Final Decree Closing Estate in Solemn Form may be entered, and for such other relief as the Court deems proper.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
