TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST AS THE HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF KATHERINE ANNE McGEE, DECEASED
You have been made Respondents in the lawsuit filed in this Court by Andrew Vernon McGee, Petitioner. The Petition filed against you is a civil action seeking to have Andrew Vernon McGee and and George Clifton McGee established as the sole and only heirs at law of Katherine Anne McGee, deceased. That Andrew Vernon McGee and George Clifton McGee have been acknowledged to be the sole heirs at law of Katherine Anne McGee, Deceased. Any other person claiming to be an heir of Katherine Anne McGee, Deceased, you are hereby required to be and appear before this Court on 19th day of November, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the Chancery Court room of the Lincoln County/Brookhaven Government Complex in Brookhaven, Mississippi, to show cause, if you can, why you should be included as an heir of this estate, otherwise, such claim or claims shall not be considered by the Court in its adjudication of heirship in this estate.
