You have been made respondents to the Petition filed in this Court by Scott Murray.
The Petition filed against you is a civil action seeking to have Scott Murray, Katrina Murray, Mattie Claire Murray, and Lawson Murray adjudicated as the sole and only heirs-at-law of the deceased, Logan Madisson Murray, as fully set out in the Petition on file in the Chancery Court of Lincoln County, Mississippi.
YOU ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR AND DEFEND AGAINST THE PETITION FILED AGAINST YOU IN THIS ACTION AT 9:00 A.M. ON THE 7th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2026, IN THE LINCOLN COUNTY COURTHOUSE AT BROOKHAVEN, MISSISSIPPI; AND IN CASE OF YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION.
